Locum Sonographer

This Locum Sonography position is within a 3 to 4 hour scenic drive from Melbourne and offers something a little bit different. Based in a Government setting you will be attending to a mixed case load , but will also need experience in Vascular Sonography. The position predominantly works with GE. Accommodation will be included as will flights or expenses incurred to get you here.

The hourly rate will be dependent on you level of experience but naturally will be at the higher end.

All applicants will possess the following:

• Relevant Medical Imaging Radiation Licence if applicable
• Current AHPRA registration or Registration Pending
• Current Air Registration or Pending
• A relevant Qualification in the field of Medical Imaging
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective customer focused services
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
• Knowledge of quality/continuous improvement process
• Flexible positive approach to work
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage case load demands
