Occupational Therapist – Grade 1 or 2 Inpatients & Community
Home based assessments working with clients and carers to provide solutions to promote independent safety at home.
The role will see you developing care plans to assist their clients remain active for as long as possible in the community.
As with all community Hospital roles Fleet/ pool cars will be provided for use.
Drivers licence essential for the role.
Laptop and Mobile Device provided.
The applicant will possess the following:
- Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration or Registration Pending
- A relevant Qualification in the field of Occupational therapy
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective customer-focused services
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Knowledge of quality/continuous improvement process
- Flexible positive approach to work
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage case load demands
