Occupational Therapist – HP3 Level
The role has a split focus with 40% working as a rural generalist covering both Adult and Paediatric services in Community and Outreach.
The other 60% will see your caseload predominantly working in Palliative care, which will be both ward based and community.
The role will also cover equipment prescription, a small amount of Hand Therapy, Home modifications and Inpatient RACF
Travel expenses up to $500.00
Accommodation supplied
Full time Monday to Friday – 3 - 6-month contract or Permanent
The applicant will possess the following:
- Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration or Registration Pending
- A relevant Qualification in the field of Occupational therapy
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective customer-focused services
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Knowledge of quality/continuous improvement process
- Flexible positive approach to work
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage case load demands
