Permanent Grade 2 Occupational Therapist Sydney
You will be based in the Hospital setting and providing specialist assessment treatment and discharge planning to admitted patients in the Acute, rehabilitation, geriatric and some acute hospital in the home.
The role will include:
• Provision of person-centred, evidence-based care. Collaborating across the Multi-Dis team to support achievement of patient focused goals
• Professional development programme and supervision
• May also include the opportunity to work across the other settings in the Hospital such as Inpatient an Outpatients
Accommodation may be included for up to 10 weeks subject to availability
The applicant will possess the following:
- Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration or Registration Pending
- A relevant Qualification in the field of Occupational therapy
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective customer-focused services
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Knowledge of quality/continuous improvement process
- Flexible positive approach to work
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage case load demands
